The Twenty First Century E- Learning Education Management & Implication for Media Technology Adoption in the Period of Pandemic

INTRODUCTION: The relevance of multimedia electronic learning(e-learning) education in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic developing nations are justifiable on pedagogical connections between twenty first century digital automation and itself. Multimedia is a creative combination computer hardware , software lifeware that allows for integration video, animation, audio, graphical information text resources an interactive engagement which accessed interactively with any processing devices.
 OBJECTIVES: To enable personalizable autonomous learning accomplishments when educational tools merged diversity curriculum presentation.
 METHODS: current research investigated 400 postgraduate students faculty science technology who adopted e-learning approach to ensure expected date graduation was not extended during recent institution lock .
 RESULTS :The observed out six used, e-mail functionalities, chat apps, audio/video computing application discussion forum were mostly used provide meaningful while blogs webcast less utilized.
 CONCLUSION: proposed enhanced level participation, readiness framework matched standards smartest reform will regular consistent accomplishment without disruptions academic workflow global business ,notwithstanding severity future similar COVID-19.
